Fromagerie Schmalen
Fromagerie Schmalen, located in Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland in Berdorf, is nationally known for its Berdorfer cheese and has been producing quality products since 1984 using milk from its own production. The house specialty is “Roude Bouf,” a cheese that develops its character over six long weeks. This classic is available in different flavors and spices, such as pepper or truffle.
In the farm shop, you will also find a wide selection of goat cheese, yogurt, quark, and homemade ice cream. A perfect place for anyone who wants to discover local specialties in an authentic and personal setting.
