The Miller-Mariany farm is an organic farm located in Bastendorf. On approximately 40 hectares, the family cultivates clover, spelt, bread wheat, spring cereals and malting barley. They also raise Limousin cattle, ewes, lambs and laying hens. In addition to organic products such as eggs, cereals and meat, the farm is renowned for its organic mustard, produced entirely on-site – from field to finished product – in various varieties.
